OMG I am so upset at myself. I did not stay on the plan at all..... :-( & Started my period so I know thats an extra 1lbs. I must go hard core!!!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know how you feel! My period is due to start any day now and I've eaten almost twice my recommended calorie intake today! I was doing so well over the past 3 weeks! Grrr, womanhood!
