Okay...so I was surprised when I weighed myself after several weeks of avoiding the scale, mostly due to my work schedule. But my blood pressure was borderline high, higher than it should have been when I went to see my cardiologist this morning. He prescribed me some meds for that. My biggest challenge is staying consistent with eating better and exercising. My work schedule is "unconventional" to say the least. That is where I have the most trouble.
