Well, blew it again yesterday. I had ice cream, grilled cheese, pizza, wings. It all tasted soo good, but now the weight is back up! You'd think I'd learn!

I'm planning to be very diligent starting tomorrow with the challenge - I know others will be there tracking their weight as well, so hoping that will motivate me to really watch what I put into my mouth! (Although the 4th will be a little hard, I know)

Back is still bad, so no gym this morning - did walk yesterday, and will walk today as well. Tomorrow, gym, if only for recumbent bike (which shouldn't hurt the back as much)
234.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Grilled Cheese, Pizza, Wings.. Sounds like my last weekend that I didn't even bother recording! Maybe it's for the best.. My body was craving it insanely bad and now I'm back on the diet full force and feeling good about it. Those cravings have subsided for now. Here's to hoping it works the same way for you!
