We were out yesterday, and I asked to stop and pick up and Arby's classic sandwich. At the drive thru order I asked for small fries, too. Total cheat. First time in probably 3 years that I gave in to the craving.
Fortunately the sandwich and fries didn't taste anywhere near as good as I expected, and afterwards I didn't feel well, having eaten so much more than usual.
The good news is I only gained a quarter pound.
Big lesson learned.
My imagination is far better than reality.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
