My schedule has been so off because of the past few days. But tomorrow I get to be back on my normal schedule. Can't wait to resume my normal diet!
159.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can relate I'm doing just the opposite,I'm switching to nights starting tonight. Historically this is the hardest time for me to stay on track. I'm working on strategies to try and help. I'll let you know how that goes. {Ron}

So tonight actually went well. Usually The first day of switching over is hard because of the long hours from being awake the almost 24 hours. As it works out today was my 1738 calorie day of my zig-zag method, and I waited until 8:PM to have my main meal so I was able to stay within my limits.
