Have upped water intake to 3L plus, happy with weight-loss this morning, Ketones are still at 0.6mmol/L so getting into ketosis will be a little bit more difficult than I thought. Right now losing weight due to calorie deficit which I am aware of. Hit the gym in the morning, all I did was walk, too tired to do anything else. I will need to focus on fixing my sleep cycle and getting at least 7 hrs sleep.
