I'm mindlessly binging after dinner. This is an old, long standing habit that I need to break-again. My plan for tonight is to brush my teeth right after dinner, and when the urge to eat for the sake of eating arrives, I'm going to use my LED teeth whitener. Can't eat with that contraption in my mouth, plus eating afterward undoes the process. I'll report back tomorrow, as this keeps me accountable 💚
180.6 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck! For what it's worth, intermittent fasting was the thing that put a stop to snacking for me, if just because eating anything outside your small eating window made all your fasting efforts pointless.
