Weight gain resolve to 50% water retention from excess sodium, large amounts of fluid have been lost now due to sodium restriction, and diet being monitored once agian, also water intake increased to combat dehydration from extra cardio workouts. Increased cardio to 1 hour a day (two 30 min intense cycles) while maintaining weight training to 1 hour also.
