I've been failing miserably with my idea to not eat carbs at work - a bakery. I'm going to have to commit to entering a calorie number for everything I eat and track it. It's ridiculous that I'm gaining weight instead of losing and now I have 10 pounds to lose!
132.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
