Just started working at a bakery. I'm on my feet all day and around food so it's easy to nibble. I really need to start counting my calories. I think if I lose 10 pounds I'll be good. I haven't been 123 for a long time. I don't think it will change my clothing size, but I just want to fit all my clothes better!

How about hard boiled chopped up in a salad or throw some cooked rice in a pan and add an egg and a veggie for quick fried rice. You don't have to eat them for breakfast. You also get them in baked goods.

Nothing to do with diet..Just curious if you do your towels last..
I don't know how I found this post but it's super funny. I never thought about this, but I always do my towels first because it's the easiest load to find, then fold and put away. This makes the rest of my laundry seem smaller!
