Grrr. Absolutely no reason why the scale should read heavier today. none. OK, I figured out why I gained 2 days in a row when I thought I only had 700 calories each day. I had forgotten Hubs had walked into the grocery store. He came home with the salads he had gone in for, and two packages of turnovers, one cherry and one apple. Evil, forbidden fruit! Those two days I had eaten a turnover each afternoon. Somehow I had totally blocked that out of my mind. But I have eaten nothing extra since then, sticking to 700 kC +- 100 each day. Period.
boo-hiss.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
