Returning to logging food has helped me be more mindful of what I'm eating. My new job involves walking around a very large building, so on work days I'm clocking 8,000-10,000 steps. One of the perks of the job is free morning and afternoon tea, and $3 lunches! Options include fruit for the snacks and salad for lunch so it's making it easy to choose healthy foods. I'm only working 3 days a week (it's all I can physically handle right now) but I'm back in "salad mode" even at home. With the hot weather encourages this mode-no way I'm cooking in 32° heat! 🥵💚
180.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
