Nanas diet's Journal, 30 November 2014

Woke up with sore throat, headache, stuffy nose. Haven't really felt like eating so have been loading up on protein shakes, bars etc. Hope this doesn't torpedo my under 170.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
