Thanksgiving was a disaster for me despite my best effort to make wise choices. So, gained again today and I'm not sure what to do next. I know I'm not getting my walks in daily due to rainy weather and not being at work. Today begins a new day - time to get back on it. Wish me luck.
171.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
