Back to preChristmas weight. 2 more pounds and I will be at pre Thanksgiving. Then working toward getting out of the obesity category.

166.6 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb. Still to go: 18.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.8 lb a week

Fantastic, danana! So common during the "eating season " (as a coworker calls it) to put on a little extra, but not everyone has the dedication to take it back off 👍
