Having a great time just need to watch the food. I am finding it difficult to strike a balance between exercise and diet. Tomorrow I will try and visit a gym with the intent to hit a mega session, full body workout. I am through with the cake now so hopefully my body will react positively.
301.4 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 109.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
