Weight gain no doubt due to ER IV administration of a quart of saline fluid yesterday. They said I was dehydrated. That was te least of my worries at the time, but about the only thing they treated.
All day long I had nothing to eat, not even my usual 3-4 cups of tea, until we got home after 4 pm.

Lost so far: 18.8 lb.
Still to go: 12.8 lb.
Diet followed 100%.
