It has been over 2 years since my last weigh and journal entry. Today, I am reaffirming my goals:

(1) an average loss of 1 pound per week.
(2) physical activity and exercise 5 days a week
236.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week

Thanks. In California since January. Michigan soooooo cold. Will be here until I have completed this weight loss journey.
