I'm feeling a little sick today, so I will not be writing much. I had a slight weight gain of 200 grams, but I feel completely out of balance so I am sure that's affecting it also.
Life is good, though. I am so grateful that I have made it this far. I will go much further!
228.6 lb Lost so far: 113.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
