ok need to get back on track. I know I was sick but just because I am feeling better doesn't give me go ahead to eat and drink whatever.

Excited to get back on track and start walking again.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
