Have not been dieting at all. Starting the Resolve program through MSHA. This looks very promising. We will see. Actually going to start the diet on Saturday June 25, 2011.
256.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 126.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
