I had 4 muffins and 2 croassaints yesterday, when I'd learn that my stomach cannot handle that my sugar /food anymore?
I got sick for the rest of the day
120.4 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
