Feeling tired today… which is funny because after having a busy weekend I spent my Monday evening quite relaxed and got to bed at a decent time. Splurged on calories last night because I went to a friend’s for dinner, but managed to do okay overall for the day and didn’t go over my RDI too much. Of course when I got into work today there were donuts… but luckily I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet so it won’t do too much damage, especially since today is a running day. I do have a catered lunch meeting today so that could also throw my calories off, but I’ll just have to be good for dinner. I’ve been eating out too much lately so I need to work on that.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today everything at work was tempting! At lunch they had brownies and cookies and I really really wanted one, but I stopped and thought about it and it wasn't worth it, especially after giving into the donut this morning!
