I am a happy camper, my results now outweigh my efforts and I am feeling good. Ketones have dropped to 2.9mmol. Will try to add a morning workout and get at least 7 hrs sleep.
311.7 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
