Hello and Happy Saturday FS!

Well, back down and was surprised but happy. 💃 I have recorded my food the past couple of days. My stomach was off yesterday so I didn’t eat much and that’s what I attribute to my weight drop. Feel a little better today. Hopefully, I will be more productive today!

137.8 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

362 kcal Fat: 7.87g | Prot: 32.78g | Carb: 40.92g.   Breakfast: grape nuts 2 tbsp (for yogurt), Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Nature's Touch Organic Wild Blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Dinner: Publix Steam in Bag Broccoli Florets, Egg Drop Soup. Snacks/Other: Whole Foods Market Stevia, Kirkland Signature Japanese Green Tea, Grapes. more...
