I was having a real hard time this week. I had a function I went to that had chocolate chip cookies that really looked good for a couple of hours sitting on the bakery table calling my name. But i prevailed! I really havent had a craving for sugar but I do love chunky chocolate chip cookies. So what kept me hanging on is if i dont see a budge on the scale then I'm not sure what Im gonna do! and lucky me i lost a pound! Im really glad i stuck to it this week. it was very hard for some reason. woo hooo for me!
