Day 5 of my lifestyle change. Tonight I will be going to the football game. I will eat right before we go and only have a diet drink while at the game. Exercise won't happen again today due to the game. Tomorrow I will be cleaning house & if the weather is good I will try to get in a walk. Down 4 pounds. Not enough to see but I'm already feeling better. No reflux or indigestion.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
