Starting to feel back where I should be today. After a couple days of eating better and getting back to exercising has helped a lot. Finally feel flushed out and I’m back to where I was last week at this time… was hoping to be down another pound but I know I did it to myself by slipping up this week. All the sweets are officially gone from my house, no more Halloween treats to tempt me! Just have to push extra hard this week to get a good loss if I’m going to reach my end of the year goal.

It was raining too much to run last night, so rode the exercise bike instead. I never know about calories burned… FS and the bike’s “calories burned” is way different, so I just go with the lower one (on the bike) and adjust FS numbers accordingly… figure it’s better to assume less than more. Thinking about asking for a Fitbit for Christmas to give me a better idea of tracking throughout the day and during workouts.

I’m very glad that it’s Friday! No plans yet for the weekend, which is wonderful. Sometimes it’s nice to not have everything planned out all the time. It’s supposed to be pretty nice this weekend, although a bit chilly, so thinking about taking a hike tomorrow with the dog. She’s been cooped up a lot lately and I think she would enjoy the fresh air and so would I.

Have a good time this weekend whatever you end up doing, I love those weekends where there is nothing planned!
