Yesterday, a breakfast was a bowl of Quaker oatmeal squares cereal with milk, a yogurt for lunch, and supper was half an apple and 2 ounces cheese, 3-4 cups of tea total all day, then a glass (5 ounces) of Riesling, finished with about 2 ounces of ice cream. That's it, nothing else all day. Gained 0.1 pounds, which is within the precision of the scale.
656 kCal all day, and no weight loss.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
