YEA ME. WALKING IS HELPING LOOSE A LITTLE MORE. I GO BACK ON SHOTS END OF THIS MONTH, CAN'T WAIT. MY LOAD IS THANKSGIVING, PLANNED THAT WELL.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 72.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
