Too many pork ribs on Saturday night, they were delicious though, cooked them myself. Ketones were at 0.9mmol which is good considering. Hit the gym Saturday night and did at least an hour of cardio.
324.7 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 132.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
