Feeling tired, been quite busy this week I will have to plan my weekend carefully so I can balance play, work, rest and exercise. Ketones 0.9mmol so happy with that.
325.0 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 133.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
