That's the spirit and you're right. Keeping the blood flowing helps it to clean up and clean out the waste (fat). :-)

Sorry I wrote so much before. It was my 1st posting. I love the way you all talk with each other. Today is a rough day for me. I have fibromyalgia and after the work out yesterday at therapist, I am so sore and achy. All I can do for myself now is calories. Workouts are too much. Good luck everyone, I'm cheering from the sidelines.
