I’m definitely sick now… I was hoping that a good night’s rest would make me good as new but I feel terrible today. I dragged myself to work but I’m beginning to wish I would have just stayed in bed. It’s a pretty slow day at work so I could have gotten away with it but I hate missing work and having to catch up the next day. Hopefully just a cold and taking medicine and rest tonight will make me feel better. Not much of an appetite today so far.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
