Total of 1.1kg for the week. Had a couple of higher carb days, and not getting enough fibre, but I'm still happy with the result. Waist is down 10cm in 3 weeks, so I've dropped a size. I also noticed a significant difference when climbing stairs- it is now much easier! Numbers on scales aren't everything 💚
183.2 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm finding the fibre but tricky too, so hard finding what you can eat AND getti g the macros/nutrients right! Well done, your mindset is awesome!
