No change, but I have lost 1.1kg since Monday so I'm not worried if I stay the same for a few days. Plus I ended up snacking on sugary crap last night. A snack is better than a binge, so this is still progress! 💚
182.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
