I've been working out every morning at the Y, but my diet is terrible. i really need to get on track. I got lots of kitchen goodies at my bridal shower yesterday including a food scale. I just need to pay more attention to what I'm eating. With everything that has been going on I have been doing a lot of mindless eating. It's a good thing I have been making time to workout or the number on the scale would be much higher.
