the weight is dropping slowley but this way i have a better chance of not gaining back..love this GI diet..or rather lifestyle change
163.5 lb Lost so far: 49.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

eat every 2-3 hours..also eat a lot of protien bars..like eating candy bars but there working
