Let the srike begin. Scales are put away until Friday as of this morning's weigh-in. Friday is our local support groups weigh-in day. So for the purpose of this challenge, I will weigh-in on Friday's and report my results.

This is going to be hard. This week after Monday's weigh-in of 166 following my weekend splurge during my Niece's birthday party, I have weighed in before bed and first thing in the morning even :( My week was dominated by those scales getting away from that 170 mark. Now that I am back to the lower end of the 160s, I feel better about starting this week off right. I know how to get the weight and bloat off which was what the 166 was really, but if I had kept on that same path that 166 could have been 176 before I knew it.

This week, fruits and veggies are my main focus. Will incorporate healthy portions of protein, turkey, chicken and beef. Focus is also to eat the largest point value for my breakfast each morning. Jillian workouts Monday - Friday mornings with evening treadmill except Wednesday because we are planning the "makeup" trip to Glenrose Wednesday.

161.4 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

here we go, jana!! i'm so excited! we will not only learn to feel good without looking at the scale, we will also be learning how to control ourselves and our urges. :) this can work with eating the right foods as well!

You are absolutely correct. I so wanted to weigh this morning too, especially after my Saturday Saturday evening and Sunday lunch eating, but what's done is done. The scales would have only confirmed, I knew better ;) Today, eating right.
