Not much to report currently, I have one week where I do good and one where I do not so good.
I was reading stuff about productivity and one thing that I found interesting was not to tell myself that I needed to be "efficient" but to tell myself that I need to be "productive". Right now I feel like I don't do much in my day to day to achieve my future goals so I don't mind taking a long time to do stuff (being inefficient) each day as long as I can feel at the end of the day that I was productive.
I'm averaging 10,000 steps a day this month and happy with that, I feel I'm making progress in being more productive, now I've just got to eat less.

I have often made the mistake of doing everything all at once and then being too overwhelmed. Your step by step approach is def sensible!

Hi Cherry238, thanks, another problem I feel I have is that I have a lot of the theory down on things but I find it hard to put that theory into practice so that's what I'm trying to do currently 😅

Same here! I knew all about macros and nutrients in my head but I was absolutely gobsmacked when I started logging my food and finding out how far out I was from the protein, fat, carb goals. Its definitely been an eye opener!
