Wow this is very promising! I went to bed with a headache and mild nausea last night and so I plan to drink more water today and eat smaller portions more often. I've noticed that Im vaping *much* less, as I'm not craving the sugary taste from the vape. And since the sugary taste of the vape usually lead to me consuming more sugary food, this is a big win! I'm also excited by the thought of going shopping for healthy food after planning my meals for the next week. I believe that I have a lot to look forward to!
