161.3 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did put in a lengthy journal page to accompany this Weight Loss, but, alas, the computer froze and all was lost. Thank you for the kind words. I'm going to go for a repeat this week. I can't wait to get to the 50's...that's where I stall and climb back up, usually. But I'm stepping out of my history this time.

You are welcome :-) I always stall at 139 lbs, that's the weight were I feel good but then I always forget that I still should watch what I eat and exercise and quickly I gain weight again. Just like you, this time will be different! :-)
