Haven’t posted or tracked for about a month

now that I’m back to having a job especially one where I’m basically lifting weights for 5 hours loading fedex trucks

It is extremely draining I’ve been eating whatever I want and drinking whatever I want but somehow I still managed to loose weight this month

I know I could of lost more counting calories but I swear I need almost every calorie I can get to have the energy to do my job

once I get use to being a working man again I will start logging my meals again and really focusing on my weight loss but for right now I just need to make sure my mind is healthy so I don’t give up and quit my job
286.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week

I have a lot of respect for people who work in any type of trucking/transportation jobs. Very demanding. Be careful lifting, treat yourself good and keep healthy.

Thanks for the kind words sidnay yea the application wasn’t lying when they said it’s like a gym membership that pays you haha the whole crew has to stretch before work I’ve never had my finger muscles be soar before haha it’s a strange experience but the hours are flexible And the pay is decent can’t beat weekly paychecks

If you are doing hard physical work, you definitely need to consume enough calories. Just keep in mind eating foods full of nutrients will help sustain you.

Sounds like you have a good plan. I bet you’re building muscle too.

Get your calories through lots of protein, and you'll be building muscle, increasing strength and at the same time firing your inner furnace to burn calories!! Best of luck.

I was hired right out of high school at a paint store and supported myself through college working there. It didn't take too long unloading trucks and stocking shelves to get absolutely ripped (without massive amounts of protein -- really, the whole protein thing is overblown). People used to absolutely freak when they asked for 4 gallons of paint and saw this skinny little 18-year-old girl snag 2 gallons in each hand absent-mindedly 🤣 There's something to be said for hard physical labor. I really missed it when I started doing desk jobs
