starting again!! goal right now is to get down under 195. then I will not feel as much pressure..3 more days before I leave on trip to Vancouver. go to Dr. today😬
200.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
