Took a while but finally progress 🥳🥳🥳

Averaged 1250 calories over the last 4 days, really wanted to get a move on with my life. I'm coming up to having spent 3 years tracking my weight and I don't want to feel like I'll still be struggling with my weight for another 3 years.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Ollie, my previous 14 days average was 2500 calories, half the days I'd be able to be under 2000 calories but the other half I'd end up overeating.
