loving the exercise
to be honest, feeling looked after by having the food provided by jenny craig. it's meant i don't need to spend energy in one aware- I still have to prepare salads etc... but after ten years of creating foods for the kids, it's actually making me think of a huge range of possible food options I've never really considered before.

that's got to be a good thing :)

today it's wet. really wet. So planning a treadmill walk before my gym class. though tempted to go swimming again- my legs are so sore from yesterday!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
