Well drat. Weight up by 6/10ths of a pound this morning because no BM yesterday. Not a true gain, so I'm not worried about it. I'm doing what I'm supposed to do, and the results will continue to come. It may not be a perfectly straight line on my Weight History, but the general trend is downward.

Knee still bothering me - especially after I stood, cooking, for an hour yesterday. Made Chinese Casserole. This time, I'm trying to make it even more Chinese-y by adding a can of Bean Sprouts and a can of diced Water Chestnuts. Also left vegetables even more crispy than I have done before. Hoping to lessen (or eliminate) the Asian Rice Noodles we put on the top. I had already cut it from the 28g serving to 14g the last time I made it. This time, I'm trying 7g (32 calories) to see if that gives me enough crunch.

I've already done a sink full of dishes to get them out of the way. Today, my goal is to stay off my knee as much as possible. I have it elevated now, and plan to keep it that way most of the day. I have lots of productive things I can do from my recliner. Besides putting the Chinese Casserole in the oven (I did everything but cook it yesterday), I won't have to get up except to pee, and to take my grand daughter home from school at 3pm. If I stick with that plan, I might be able to go without a pain pill today. Had to take two yesterday.

The week is half over. I skipped my middle-of-the-night DKB last night to bring my calorie intake down for the day. The next three days should be down even more, if I stick to my plan, and am able to stay away from the Halloween candy.
