3 lbs in two weeks sounds bad. But there's no way I've eaten 10,000 more carlories in two weeks. I didn't go on any binge, and eat healthful food. (almost) I had one large bag of chips, 1 small can of Pepsi and 2 bottles of wine. Does that equate 10K calories?

Well, enough complaining, time to start tracking my calories and keep my eye on the prize.

I've really not been exercising though.

165.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
