Some one brought sandwiches to the picnic for lunch yesterday. I couldn't say no! So I'm up a bit in weight but still down 21/2 lbs from last week, so I'll just hope for no more unexpected interruptions, or plan accordingly.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just stay focused. I know it's HARD to say "no", but you're gonna have to . I had to say "no" to pizza the other night. I was so sad for a minute, then I found something healthy to eat and stayed away from the pizza. I was so proud of myself for FINALLY saying "no" to something that will ruin my chances of losing weight. YOU GOT THIS!

I got this! That was yesterday and I've been great today. Even had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit without the biscuit to start my day. I HATE breakfast but I really do feel better today. Thanks for the support. Off to drink water :)
