This was to show myself where I'm at food wise and how I have NOT been paying attention to what I eat. Seeing this has regained my full attention and desire to be healthy again. I was doing so great 2 years ago and then rebounded back into my old ways. The weight gain has been enormous, but that will stop now and today. I have to be healthy not only for myself but for my children as well.
